EC-Lab version clash with galvani #120

Describe the bug
After troubleshooting Galv's recent inablility to ingest new files from our Biologic cycler, we've found that this issue stems from a new software version of Biologic's EC-Lab. The parser used (galvani) has an open issue tracking this, at the moment there doesn't appear to be a solution unless we can find an older version of EC-Lab. In the future, we might want to have backups of previous EC-Lab installation files.
