Non-fatal problem when launching VM

after doing the configuration and stuff im getting "The virtual machine execution ran into a non-fatal problem as described below. We suggest that you take appropriate action to prevent the problem from recurring." then once you open details you see "The image file 'E:\VirtualBox\VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' is inaccessible and is being ignored. Please select a different image file for the virtual DVD drive.." and
Error ID: DvdOrFloppyImageInaccessible Severity: Warning", so when i remove the VboxGuestAdditions.iso from my storage and im only left with the name of my VM.vdi file, then when i go to launch the VM it pops up for a second then closes

i also get this in my notification center: "AMD-V is not available (VERR_SVM_NO_SVM).
