Describe the bug?
Currently users have the ability for example destroy the video player for everyone since there are no authentication checks.
If you remove the video player from the library it gives null reference.
Steps to Reproduce
Join a world as normal user.
Go to library, instantiated tab, and destroy something.
The expected behavior
That it gives error, or at least hides items that you don't have access to.
