A simple change in the UI for Props

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Local Props currently only have local option but still has drop down menu icon.
When prop is spawned no indication on how to destroy or despawn.

Describe your preferred solution

For singleton objects like the personal mirror, change the button from load to despawn when loaded in.
