Certain Items/NPCs lead to wrong/incorrect wiki pages (report here)

Brain Scrambler (item) leads to enemy page instead of item page.

Fixed for most languages except:

• Italian
• Portuguese
• Polish

The reason for that is that they don't have wiki pages.

Guides To Critter Companionship, Environmental Preservation and Peaceful Coexistence seem to cause have exact issues.

Fixed clothier's Princess Dress redirecting to wrong page in v2.5.1.5
