This is the current layout for the user account settings page.

We previously discussed how it was kind of cluttered and possibly outdated. Here is my idea of how we could simplify it. Instead of making it its own page, my thought was to have it be a module that hovers in the corner of whatever page you access it from. Ie you click on the profile icon in the corner, click on account settings, and instead of being redirected to another page, this module pops up.

The big change here is that first of all, permission requesting/account merging has been removed, and each of the tasks (changing password etc.) are done in separate modules.

In general, these modules are in the same format as the original. One thing that I added to the Update Info module is the ability to opt out of email notifications. We should also consider including a link to this in each of the email notifications we send out just in case users wish to opt out.
