Fix backend email verification error message bug

When getting a validation error from the backend when creating a new user, the user is brought back to the original add user form with a red box that contains the validation error. When the user clicks the Add button, the red box should disappear AND the user should see the confirmation screen. Right now, the red box disappears, but the user is not brought to the confirmation screen.
