examine if MFA can be supported out of the box

Currently the developer can implement MFA herself by altering authenticate.bbj. Examine if this can be prepared based on MFA settings in EM.

Here's the flow that you would use to incorporate user sign in using 2-factor authentication and the Admin API:

On the second attempt, I had to switch the code to use getBBjAdminWith2FA.
