Dear Google Authenticator Support Team,
I am experiencing a recurring issue with Google Authenticator that is affecting my ability to access an important account.
Whenever I try to log into my Facebook account using 2FA, I am repeatedly told that the code is incorrect. However, the code displayed on my mobile device is the same as the one shown on my PC. This discrepancy prevents me from accessing my account, which is a company account and is very important for my work.
I have already tried contacting Facebook support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. Therefore, I am reaching out to Google Authenticator support to see if there is a known solution or troubleshooting steps I can follow to resolve this problem.
Could you please advise on how to fix this issue as soon as possible? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
