Update Audacium to use Audacity 3.2.1 as the base #120

Audacium is currently running on a much older version of Audacity.

I'd like the base to be upgraded to the latest 3.2.1.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Saucedacity (supposed to be replacing Tenacity).
