Add Swap Batch History Tracking

I can take this if assigned. I inspected the existing atomic-swap batch paths: batch_initiate_swap, batch_accept_swaps, and batch_reveal_keys already emit batch-level events and append per-swap SwapHistory entries, but there is no batch-level history object/index to query a batch lifecycle after the fact.

I would keep the PR narrow: add a batch history storage key/type, record entries for batch initiation/accept/reveal using the affected swap IDs and actor/timestamp, expose a read method for the batch history, and add focused contract tests plus a short docs/atomic-swap.md update. I will wait for assignment/acceptance before opening a PR so this does not create duplicate Wave work.
