[Feature] Supports disabling or customizing the EpistemeSyncData path

I tried adding my book folder to the bookshelf, but after doing so, I noticed an "EpistemeSyncData" folder had appeared in the directory. While I do need to sync my reading data, I don’t want to disrupt the original folder structure of my books.
Is it possible to customize the path for this "EpistemeSyncData" folder? If that’s too complicated, could you add a mode that allows reading without syncing—meaning the "EpistemeSyncData" folder isn’t created?

Through SAF, the app only has access to the added folder so the Episteme folder can't really go anywhere else, I can give an option to disable local sync or maybe that should be default and an option to enable sync

Personally, I would choose to keep EpistemeSyncData and delete it manually.
But considering other users, maybe it would be better to add a pop-up prompt asking them to choose manually?
