Describe your feature:
Basically just set a scheduled time to send a message by long-pressing send like Signal for Android.
Why do you think it is useful:
I use this in Signal fairly often. Generally, I use it to send something to someone late at night when I'm not sure if they're asleep or not and don't want to disturb them.
I use this in other messengers as well, but I'm mentioning Signal specifically since IIUC its implementation is client-side.
