Attachments can't be saved explicitly in Messages

Looks like a major oversight on my part, but there's no way to actually _download_ attachments in the messages app unless you know to navigate to `T:/Apps/Messages/(message id)` and to copy the files to your userfs manually. I'd like for this to be a context menu option or perhaps an action in the action bar.
