Ore Generation in Mining Dimension

In the mining dimension , the ores spawn only if I join the dimension when the world is initially created , after world reload i.e saving the world and rejoining , the ore stops generating

Same problem, idk if ores spawn if I reload the world or something but they won't spawn even if I delete the dimension in my saves folder and have the game regen it.

I think I figured out the problem is somehow related to how Terrablender/Terralith(in my case) are interacting with the AlltheModdium Mining Dimension, but so far this is beyond my expertise. I just play minecraft and sometimes understand code, if anyone's more knowledgable could you please look into this or offer a fix?

Can confirm that this bug is happening even without Terrablender/Terralith. I have no biome mods installed but the ores refuse to generate after saving and closing the world.
