[BUG] SAT does not update error value correctly when turning off thermostat

Summary of the bug

When turning off a (Better) Thermostat the error value is not updated correctly leaving the heating on

Steps to reproduce

1. setup SAT with multiple (better) thermostats for rooms
2. change the temp on a thermostat that's on and watch the error value change
3. now turn off the thermostat and see that the error value does not change back.

Expected behavior

The set temperature of a turned off thermostat should be left out of the error value calculation

Actual behavior

The temp of the turned off thermostat is actually still used to calculate the error value

The error value is recalculated on a fixed time interval, this might change in the future. So, it's more responsive on setpoint change.

@Alexwijn I don't think that's the issue. I found this out recently when I had turned off all thermostats and the cv kept running through the night. Cost me a lot of gas 😅 as the valves were closed, so the temp in the room does not go up, but the SAT kept trying to heat up the rooms.

As you can see in the attached video, the temperature changes are synced almost immediately, but turning it off does not sync at all.
