I saw in your reddit post that you were having problems with CoS and was wondering if you were able to get it working yet? Every other book has worked wonders for me but that one still gives a preview load error, and then in turn I can't "Save to PDF".

I've looked into it. The book is simply too large to be printed at the moment. I will add an option to print only some pages in order to print the book in parts and after that you can concat the pdfs. But keep in mind that with this procedure the internal links (from table of content and back) may not be working correctly.

I'm not sure when I come to do this, since the next few weeks are pretty full.

As a workaround for now you can print every chapter as a single pdf. You'll lose the table of content, but the rest should be working.
