With Wintun enabled upload traffic of torrent client is zero if it in exclusions

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Wintun driver
2. Add torrent client to exclusions in AG VPN
3. Connect to any location
4. Open torrent client (in my case i'm using qbittorrent)

Expected Behavior

App should upload and download normally

Actual Behavior

With AG VPN there is no upload traffic in qbittorrent client, if to disable AG VPN it's normal, even it's normal with disabled Wintun.

I mean that if torrent seeding has active pears with Wintun there is zero seeding from me, if to disable Wintun it's ok.

@shamarin Greetings! Can't reproduce it with the latest nightly, try to download it too. If issue won't go, try following steps:

1. If You experience such issues with torrent app added to exclusions, try to remove it from exclusions.
2. Try another DNS server (Settings - App settings - DNS servers).
3. Try another protocol (Settings - App settings - Advanced settings - AdGuard VPN protocol).
4. If nothing helps, please, reproduce the issue and send logs.

• Go to Settings -> App settings -> Advanced settings -> Logging level -> Extended.
• Reproduce the problem, then remember the exact time it happened.
• Open Settings -> App settings -> Advanced settings -> Export logs and system info.
• Send the archive to qa@adguard.com:
  • include [windows] keyword and ISSUE_NUMBER in the subject of your email
  • specify the exact time when the issue occurred.

• Could You, please, also send us your qbittorrent configuration.
• Did You change something in OS network settings? Or all these torrent problems happened all of a sudden?
