Add real-time ping indicator next to VPN locations

Issue Details

Currently, when selecting a VPN server in the "Location" section, there is no visual indicator to show the latency or response time for each region. Users have to guess or manually test which location provides the best connection speed at that exact moment.

Proposed solution

I would like to propose adding a real-time ping status feature directly to the location list UI, aligned to the right side of each location row.

• Ping Display: Show the current ping time (e.g. 58 ms) in green on the right side of the list.
• UX Improvement: This will significantly ease the decision-making process for users who want a fast, low-latency connection without solely relying on the automated "Fastest location" option.
