Pandoc support? #35
Description
Investigate if I can use pandoc to convert the manuscript (docx) to rtf/pdf via pandoc. I find it more likely that a market will accept docx, which is why it's the primary format but it would be nice to have some alternatives that don't require opening the manuscript in Word and saving it to a new format.
