This usually isn't a issue if you aren't using any other mods, however if you include another mod that relies on vanilla health, then it may read something that is completely different from the actual player state. For example, when using the Enhanced Visuals mod, the heartbeat effect will begin after the player is damaged enough times, even if they aren't in actual critical condition. This can easily be disabled, but it would be neat if this mod always treated vanilla health as max, or maybe the average limb condition.
