Feature: Record personal starting MMV on blitz

**Feature Request:** 

If it's possible Reflex could get the player personal starting MMV (displayed on the scoreboard at the end of the match) and show it in the history alongside the teams MMR when the shift+mouseover is used. It's would be useful to compare how our MMV went up/down after wins/losses
