Display Asset resources on the asset single page

# Problem statement

We have asset resources in the asset zip that we need to show on the asset page. They are stored in the db and need signed urls to be downloaded.

# Definition of done

The resources are displayed in a tab on the asset page based on the access level
The resources can be downloaded by using a signed url
