Show actual latest release on Github homepage

Expected Behavior

On the project homepage https://github.com/AKSW/RDFUnit the latest release (currently v0.8.23) should be shown.

Actual Behavior

Currently v0.7.4 is shown as the latest release.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Open https://github.com/AKSW/RDFUnit
2. Look at the Releases widget
3. See the latest release is shown as from 2015

Thanks for the report, I had experimented a bit with tag releases when github announced that feature but didn't continue using it consistently. Could not remove those releases but removed that widget from the home screen, hope that helps
