Administrative work is often complicated: manual billing, member tracking, and scheduling using distinct tools. Members, on the other hand, often receive generic feedback that does not enhance personal growth. Our application provides a centralized and hierarchical club management system that bridges the gap between efficient administrative work and individual member development. Key features include the management of club members, an automated financial module for billing, and a personalized feedback loop using AI. The intended users, on the other hand, are the club organizers, who can use the app for organizational purposes as an all-in-one solution, reducing overhead by automating billing and maintaining a structured view of the organization. On the other hand, the members of the club have a more organized overview of training sessions and events, as well as personalized feedback for improvements. Additionally, the application allows trainers and mentors to document the progress of trainees easily and provide proper guidance. This system uses GenAI as a personal assistant. It analyzes data for the user, unstructured trainer notes, attendance records, and member profiles to tailor a progress report that can be used to track successes and facilitate further improvement.
If a club organizer wants to add 20 new members and collect the annual fees, the organizer can easily register new members, and billing is done automatically by the system. Additionally, users can be assigned to a respective group in place.
If a member wants to track their training progress, they can simply view their AI feedback, which allows them to determine recent progress and potential advice for further training sessions.
If a trainer wants to determine how well the trainees are doing, the trainer can simply get a summary by GenAI that allows him to get a proper overview and potentially provide further feedback for the individual trainees.
