Proxy in outside of Russia is blocked

Hi,

I run mtg on VPS outside of Russia, use front domain of the provider site in the same ASN, add some urls to [defense.doppelganger]. It works, but if client is in Russia TG can't connect to the proxy, as it it were blocked by DPI system.

I'm ready to provide more details, run tests, etc.

The old standard MTProto proxies without obfuscation don’t work — at least not in my region.
It seems the guys from the community at https://github.com/telemt/telemt have basically done all the work for Durov. https://habr.com/ru/articles/1019200/
Telemt works well on Android and iOS apps at the moment.

Что интересно, я возился с настройкой сайта через tt, и после энного количества коннектов, у меня этот сервер tts просто перестал коннектиться с любых серверов из РФ. А вне РФ — все работает. Сменил хостинг и домен заработало. Очень странно.

Probably RKN DPI mark your IP as suspicious.

For example, everything works on my PC, but the proxy doesn't work on Android, even though it's on the same network (v12.6.3).

бета телги на андроид пашет, авторизация раз на 3ий с бубнами проходит, ключ авторизации или на электронку или в саму телегу на другом устройстве падает (ну и устройство на котором ставится бета, должно иметь свободный доступ к серверам телеги, прокси до авторизации прописать не получится)

Guys. Let me repeat: the Telemt proxy (the GitHub link is in the MTG repo’s README) works perfectly on Windows, Android, and iOS. Tested in Moscow.
