@bam80 personal experience with Scaleway for mtg — none on my side, so I can't give a substantiated answer. The wiki page covers the evaluation criteria (AS reputation, IPv4/IPv6 policy, pricing). For Scaleway specifically: AS12876, IPv6 by default with paid IPv4, pricing roughly comparable to Hetzner; AS reputation looks reasonable on paper. I'd want a live confirmation that Telegram + mtg are stable there before adding it to the "works" list on the wiki — if you give it a try, drop a report (which DC, IPv4 vs IPv6, any blocking) and I'll extend the page.

I gonna convert this issue into a discussion. Scaleway works, +/- as usual VPS provider for our usecase.
