[Request] Support for Mugen, major release of new (NoobAI) SDXL Rectified Flow + Flux2VAE architecture

CabalResearch (Bluvoll & Anzhc) has put out their next major release https://huggingface.co/CabalResearch/Mugen
which is the first sdxl model to adapt to the 32ch Flux2VAE. Training code for the model can be found in Bluvoll custom sd script fork https://github.com/[bluvoll/sd-scripts-f2vae](https://github.com/bluvoll/sd-scripts-f2vae) which introduced some new args like --vae_type and --latent_channels.
