Feature request: create block/folder where line is dropped on canvas

It is frustrating to first have to create a block/folder, and then connect it with an arrow. I want to drag a line and have a new block/folder created, already connected, where I drop it.

Describe the solution you'd like :

1. Start dragging arrow from card on canvas
2. Drop arrow somewhere on canvas
3. Have the create block/folder popup appear
4. Select the block/folder to be created
5. A new block/folder is now created where the line was dropped, already connected to the source of the line.
