Installation Documentation Errors/Typos

I was walking through the installation process on readthedocs and noticed the link for the additional dependencies has a typo. It is currently: https://21cmfast.readthedocs.org/en/latest/installation when I believe it should be: https://21cmfast.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html

Also, a note on the developers installation. I could not find the environment_dev.yml it mentions in the top level directory on github. Is it missing or am I missing something?

Thanks! Yes, I think we took down the dev yaml -- to install the dev dependencies, use pip install -e .[dev]. We should update that documentation as well!
