배포 서버에서 File Encoding UTF-8을 인식하지 못해 Spring Application이 정상적으로 동작하지 않는 현상

Summary

• local 환경에서는 Intellij File Encoding : UTF-8로 설정해서 잘 구동되었지만, 운영환경에서는 이를 인식하지 못하고 한글깨짐 현상 발생

Describe

• 다음과 같이 애플리케이션 구동 시, allergy.properties 값을 인식하지 못해 Error 발생

To do

• AllergyProperties.class의 @propertysource Annotation을 다음과 같이 수정하여 해결
