When a project is started, the "Homepage" and "WP admin" appear.
When the project is re-started, the "Homepage" and "WP admin" must appear again in the terminal.
This enhances the user experience during the 10updocker restart command, and provides consistent behaviour for a "true" stop and start (restart) command.
