"Unauthenticated Notes" tutorial missing steps and explainer

The "How to use Unauthenticated Input Notes" tutorial seems to miss step-by-step instructions on how to construct the final Rust code example.

Furthermore, the "What we'll cover" section states that it will explain to users in more-depth what unauthenticated input notes are, nevertheless, this is not done by the tutorial.

The tutorial just directly jumps to the final code example without much context. I think there are certain parts missing in this tutorial.

In the tutorials repo there are sort of two different types of markdown files: "tutorials" and "how to guides". The markdown file that covers unauthenticated notes is more of a "how to guide". Feel free to open a PR to add more of a tutorial flow to this file.
